This is Wesley, the reastaurant manager at a McDonalds somewhere in The Netherlands. As you can see he does things probably not in his jobdesciption. He also greets not only me with a smile and a firm handshake EVERY time I walk in, but each and everyone old enough and willing to shake hands. He runs around the floor wishing everyone a nice meal, while picking upp the trash. He smiles at my daughter and run through the place to open the door when I'm leaving with my babystroller. He wishes the elderly a nice day with a smile and buys them coffee. McDonalds you have simply a true rock star onboard, salute, cherrish & please reward him!
