This is what best brands are made of! Landed at Changi Airport last week while it was raining and there was a lot of lightning as well. The airport team announced a delay of about 30 mins in getting the baggage due to danger of lightning strikes. What was amazing is that a trolley full of complimentary beverages and snacks was rushed to the belt within 5 minutes for all passengers! Hats off to Changi Airport Group for keeping customer comfort first in everything you do. No wonder the airport has won the best airport award 10 years in a row! Kudos!!
